Good manners

It really is not necessary for the child to take off his cloths in order to get a bath. He doesn't need to wipe his hands on your cloths if he gets dirty. It is a shame if he takes the milk from the fridge by himself and gives it to you only because he cannot open it himself.  You both miss opportunities, parent and child, if you put him on top of the sink to take whatever he wishes from the cupboard, because you don't know anymore what else to do. Your child can learn to say NO, or show it to you in a socially accepted way. He can most certainly learn to ask for something to eat, without dragging you to the kitchen pulling your clothes.
